When will I receive my tracking numbers?

Once you've placed an order, we will send you an email with the corresponding information containing a tracking ID and tracking numbers within a 6 hour time frame. To track your package you can visit our Track Your Order Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.

After placing my order, my confirmation email was never sent

Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. If there's still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@jissdeals.com

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@jissdeals.com.Once you have placed an order, there is a 6-hour time frame where the wrong information inputted can be corrected and the order can be canceled. If the 6 hour time period has passed since purchasing, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations once the shipping process begins.

What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged product?
